Sub-processors

This page lists the third-party providers (“sub-processors”) that QFIELD PTY LTD (ABN 73 683 282 911) uses to operate the QField mobile and web applications, the marketing site, and related services (the “Service”). Each sub-processor receives only the personal information necessary for its function and is contractually required to handle that information in line with applicable privacy laws.
This page is referenced from our Privacy Policy. We maintain this list separately so that we can update it as our infrastructure evolves without re-issuing the entire policy. We will notify you in accordance with Section 11 of the Privacy Policy if a change is material.
Hosting region
The Service is hosted in Australia (AWS region ap-southeast-2 / Sydney) for primary application, database, file storage, serverless compute, and transactional email delivery. Some sub-processors below may store or process data outside Australia. See Section 5 (Overseas disclosure) of the Privacy Policy for details and the legal basis.

Notification of changes
If we add, remove, or materially change the role of a sub-processor that handles personal information, we will:
- Update this page and its “Last updated” date
- Where the change is material, also notify you by email and / or within the Service, in accordance with Section 11 of the Privacy Policy
