If you need help with QField — whether you’re stuck on a workflow, have run into a bug, or need to talk to us about your subscription — get in touch with us.
The fastest way to reach us is email.
We aim to reply during Australian business hours (Sydney time).
What to include in your message
So we can help you faster:
- Your company name on QField
- Whether you’re using the mobile app (iOS / Android) or the web app
- The version number of the app, if you know it
- A short description of what you were trying to do and what happened
- A screenshot if you can take one

- User guide: see the User Manual for step-by-step guides for the most common tasks.
- Account and billing: for questions about your subscription, plan, or invoices, email support@qfield.com.au with “Billing” in the subject.
- Security or privacy concerns: see our Privacy Policy. For a privacy complaint, email support@qfield.com.au with “Privacy” in the subject.
Status
If parts of QField appear to be down, check our status messages first (we will post here when we are aware of an incident). If nothing is posted but the Service is not working for you, please email so we can investigate.
